It was great to be welcomed back into Leinster House by Minister Seán Canney TD, Minister of State with special responsibility for International and Road Transport, Logistics, Rail and Ports.
CTTC chairman, David Conway, and vice-chairman, Brendan Crowley, held a productive meeting with the Minister on a number of key issues affecting the commercial bus sector and look forward to engaging with him again soon.
Minister Canney spoke warmly of how he understands the importance of the industry in “keeping the country moving” and committed to working on the matters raised with him by the CTTC representatives, David and Brendan.
The CTTC is grateful to Minister Canney and his office for hosting the delegation for over an hour in offices on the famous Ministers’ Corridor of Leinster House and Government Buildings.
